Direct answer

If an official government website or a public claim is wrong, Waymora versions the change instead of silently overwriting it. The old text, the new text, and the effective date stay visible under What changed.

Write corrections@waymora.app with the Waymora URL and the official source that contradicts it. App or billing problems go to Support.

What to send

  • The Waymora page URL (for example an official-portals or move-to page).
  • The official government URL that shows a different host or rule.
  • What is wrong in one sentence (wrong host, expired rule, missing date).
  • The date you checked the government site.

Do not attach passport scans or case numbers. Those belong on your device, not in a corrections inbox.

What we do with it

An editor opens the government host, compares it to the Source Card or directory row, and either rejects the report or versions the card. A high-risk change sits in pending_review until that check finishes. The public page then shows the new text and keeps the old text under What changed.

We do not promise a same-day edit. Until the card is reviewed, treat the government host as the authority.

  • A request to label a named business as a scammer from a forum thread.
