Many destinations judge freshness from the underlying document’s issue date, not the apostille stamp date. Long apostille queues can burn that window. Record issue date, apostille type, translation language, and expiry in Vault. Confirm every field yourself. Waymora never invents a destination’s exact day count.
Issue date of the underlying document. Expiry or freshness end if the destination publishes one. Apostille type when it applies. Translation language when a sworn or certified translation is required.
Keep the original PDF or scan offline in Vault. Ask can explain an official page. It does not fill a government form for you.

Plan the sequence backward from your appointment or filing date. Prefer the destination’s official instructions over a blog’s day count.
Waymora will not invent a universal 90-day rule, a fee, or a claim that every country accepts the same apostille path. Official facts wait for a Source Card.
Usually no. Many authorities count from the police certificate or vital-record issue date. Confirm the rule on the destination’s official page.
Some US documents are authenticated by a state office and others by a federal one. Mixing the two causes rework. Confirm on the official government website which office handles your document.
No. OCR proposals stay candidates until you confirm them. Unconfirmed OCR never passes readiness.
