Direct answer
Get a written answer on whether you may work from the destination, for how long, and under what entity. Ask how pay, benefits, and tax withholding change. Ask who owns permanent-establishment risk. Waymora can hold that checklist as a handoff. It does not give legal or tax advice.
May I work from this country on my current contract? For how many days per year? Do I need an employer-of-record, a local entity, or a contractor agreement?
What happens to health benefits, equipment, and expense policy? Who files what for tax? What happens if the company later forbids the destination?
Record the employer’s written instruction as employer instruction, not as a Waymora legal ruling. Journey work-and-study steps stay a handoff when coverage is not guided.
Waymora will not invent a visa path for remote work, a permanent-establishment verdict, or a tax-day count without a sourced official definition.
No. Employer payroll, labour, and permanent-establishment rules are not solved by hiding a location. Ask for a written policy.
No. Those are employer and counsel decisions. Waymora can remind you to ask. It will not choose a structure.
No. Confirm filings with a qualified adviser and the tax authority’s own pages.
