Waymora lists four Vietnamese government websites. Two of them, evisa.gov.vn and thithucdientu.gov.vn, are both official e-Visa addresses announced by the Immigration Department, so an address you have not seen before is not automatically a lookalike here. The other two are prearrival.immigration.gov.vn and baohiemxahoi.gov.vn. Compare any pasted address in Scam Shield.
Waymora lists 4 Vietnamese government websites, each opened on 2026-08-16. A website reaches the Directory only after Waymora opens it, and the date below is the day it was opened, not the day this page was written.
evisa.gov.vn - Vietnam National e-Visa. Official Vietnam Immigration Department e-Visa portal for foreigners applying personally. Opened 2026-08-16.
thithucdientu.gov.vn - Vietnam e-Visa (thithucdientu.gov.vn). Second official domain announced by the Vietnam Immigration Department for the electronic visa portal. Opened 2026-08-16.
prearrival.immigration.gov.vn - Vietnam pre-arrival form. Official pre-arrival form recommended by the Vietnam Immigration Department before entry. Opened 2026-08-16.
baohiemxahoi.gov.vn - Vietnam Social Security. Vietnam Social Security public site. Opened 2026-08-16.
The Immigration Department announced a second domain for the electronic visa portal, so evisa.gov.vn and thithucdientu.gov.vn are both genuine. This is the one place where the usual advice breaks down: an address that does not match the one you used last time is not, by itself, a sign of fraud in Vietnam. Both are in the Directory. Anything that is neither of them is not an official e-Visa website, and Scam Shield will say which of the two you have pasted.
The Immigration Department recommends its pre-arrival form at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn before you travel. Completing it is not a visa, and opening a government website is not submitting anything. A receipt is not an approval.
Visa-rule detail and fee tables. Waymora will not restate a Vietnamese requirement until a person has verified the reading, so confirm every requirement, fee and filing on the websites above.
No. Opening an official page is not submission. A receipt is not approval.
No. Community notes stay a separate voice and never become a Source Chip.
No. Indexable pages need unique, dated, sourced claims. This one names the four Vietnamese websites and the day each was opened.
evisa.gov.vn, and thithucdientu.gov.vn since the Immigration Department announced it as a second official domain. Both opened on 6 October 2026 as the Vietnam National Electronic Visa system. Waymora does not restate e-Visa fees or rules, so read them there.
Because the Immigration Department announced a second official domain for it. evisa.gov.vn and thithucdientu.gov.vn are both in the Directory. A third address is not.
